INTERA Incorporated is seeking a part-time, variable-hourly, as-needed Senior Hydrogeologist to support aquifer characterization and groundwater studies in Texas. Minimum qualifications include a Ph.D. in hydrogeological (or related science) and 20 years of hydrogeological investigations in Texas. Candidate’s area of expertise in Texas should include sedimentary terrains, land subsidence, stable isotopes, flow in fractured or karstic media, and urbanization effects on groundwater systems. Applicants should have a working knowledge of the hydrogeology of the major aquifers in Texas. General job responsibilities include supporting hydrogeological investigations by developing site conceptual model, delineating regional flow systems, assessing groundwater-surface water interactions, and characterizing and modeling land subsidence.

Required Education and Skills
- A Ph.D degree in geological or related science
- Professional Geologist in Texas
- Minimum of 20 years of geological studies in Texas
